Corey joins Davis House as the Clinical Therapist at the Franklin center location. She received her Master of Education in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Auburn University.

Corey moved to Tennessee from Chicago where she worked with children, adolescents, and adults in various mental health settings. While working in community mental health, Corey served as a community-based therapist working collaboratively with a local elementary school providing counseling services to students and their families. Additionally, she worked as a primary therapist in a partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient program for adolescent and adult women with eating disorders and co-occurring diagnoses.

While in graduate school, Corey was awarded a competitive assistantship that provided her the opportunity to work with rural and underserved children and families in collaboration with the Alabama Department of Human Resources providing trauma-informed services specializing in foster parents and foster children.

Corey enjoys spending time outside with her dog, practicing yoga, and exploring new restaurants.
